Since 2003, New Color has had a truly advanced powder painting plant (built by Officine Munari of Vicenza) and this plant was further upgraded in 2006.
Curing
Paint polymerization
After the painting phase, the piece is set in the polymerization oven for 40 minutes at 200°C. Here the epoxy powder melts, forming a uniform layer; i.e. a film with particular toughness and corrosion-proofing properties.
Once curing has been completed, the product is packaged for shipment..
